1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to our mobile applications, websites, embedded web experiences, cloud-connected features, device-connected features, and related services published by Pavel Gedko (“App,” and together, the “Service”).
The exact data processed depends on the specific App, the features you use, the permissions you grant, the device you use, and whether you interact with third-party services through an App. Not every category described in this Privacy Policy applies to every App.
This Privacy Policy is intended to serve as a universal privacy policy for our Apps. If a particular App, feature, App Store listing, permission prompt, or in-app notice provides additional details, those details supplement this Privacy Policy. If there is a direct conflict, the more specific disclosure controls for that App or feature.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information.
2.1 Information you provide directly
- Content, files, text, prompts, images, recordings, screenshots, labels, notes, settings, instructions, account names, shortcut names, preferences, and other materials you provide through an App.
- Support requests, feedback, bug reports, emails, and other communications you send to us.
- Information you choose to submit when configuring features, workflows, profiles, automations, exports, browsing sessions, or integrations.
2.2 Information created, stored, or processed through your use of the Service
- App-generated outputs, saved states, histories, profiles, shortcuts, workspaces, preferences, results, or other records created through your use of an App.
- Data stored locally on your device, including app settings, session state, local files, usage history, cached materials, or feature-related records.
- Security-related settings or records, such as PIN-related data, authentication preferences, or credentials stored through device-secure storage mechanisms where supported.
- Session-related website data stored on your device when an App provides access to third-party websites or accounts through web views, embedded browsers, or similar features. This may include cookies, local browser storage, or isolated website data used to keep sessions working.
- Data synchronized through operating-system or platform services, such as iCloud key-value storage, iCloud containers, backup services, or similar device sync mechanisms where an App uses them and they are enabled on your device.
- AI-generated, automated, transformed, classified, summarized, or otherwise software-assisted outputs and related metadata, where applicable.
2.3 Information collected automatically
- App usage information, such as screen views, feature interactions, launches, session events, taps, navigation events, and general usage patterns.
- Device and technical information, such as app version, bundle identifier, device model, operating system version, language, region, timestamps, crash data, diagnostics, performance metrics, installation identifiers, and similar technical information.
- Security and abuse-prevention signals used to maintain app integrity, troubleshoot errors, detect misuse, and protect the Service.
2.4 Subscription and transaction information
- Information related to subscription status, purchase state, trial eligibility, restoration, renewal, expiration, cancellation, or entitlement status as made available to us by Apple or the App Store ecosystem.
- We do not receive or store your full payment card number for App Store purchases. Payments processed through Apple’s App Store are handled by Apple.
3. How We Collect Information
We collect information:
- directly from you when you use App features, submit content, configure settings, contact us, or interact with purchase flows;
- automatically through the App, the operating system, device APIs, and integrated SDKs used for analytics, diagnostics, subscriptions, security, storage, or similar functionality;
- from third parties, such as Apple and service providers, when needed to provide purchases, subscriptions, hosting, diagnostics, security, app functionality, or other requested features; and
- from websites or services you choose to access through an App, to the extent required to display content, maintain local session state, or operate the requested feature.
4. How We Use Information
We may use information for the following purposes:
- to operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and provide the relevant App and its features;
- to create, store, synchronize, display, retrieve, export, or return content, outputs, settings, records, or results requested by you;
- to maintain app state, local histories, session data, preferences, isolated browser sessions, and feature configurations on your device;
- to support optional device sync, backup, restoration, continuity, and cross-device availability where supported by the App and platform;
- to authenticate access, protect app features, support device-security features, and help prevent misuse or unauthorized access;
- to process purchases, restore subscriptions, validate entitlements, and make premium access available;
- to monitor usage, measure performance, detect crashes, investigate bugs, and improve app usability, reliability, and feature design;
- to support AI, automation, transformation, analysis, or other software-assisted features where the relevant App includes them;
- to comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, protect rights and safety, and respond to lawful requests; and
- to communicate with you about support matters, operational notices, product changes, and legal updates.
5. Third-Party Services, Websites, and Accounts
Some Apps may allow you to open or use third-party websites, services, or login flows through links, integrations, embedded browsers, or web views.
When you use those features:
- the third-party service may collect information under its own privacy policy and terms;
- website/session data such as cookies, local storage, cached website data, or isolated browsing data may be stored on your device to provide the feature you requested;
- we may process limited technical or session-related information as needed to keep the feature functioning inside the App; and
- we do not control the privacy or security practices of third-party services.
If you sign in to or interact with a third-party service through an App, you should review that third party’s own terms and privacy practices.
We do not control data that a third-party website, account provider, payment provider, cloud provider, analytics provider, diagnostics provider, artificial intelligence provider, or platform service collects directly under its own privacy policy.
6. AI, Automation, and Cloud Processing
Some Apps may include artificial intelligence, automation, transformation, recommendation, generation, analysis, classification, or other software-assisted features.
If an App includes such features, the content and inputs you provide for that feature may be transmitted to third-party infrastructure, cloud, model, automation, analytics, or processing providers as reasonably necessary to perform the requested task.
Depending on the App and feature, this may include:
- transmitting source content, prompts, files, settings, or task parameters to service providers;
- temporarily storing or caching materials needed to complete the requested processing;
- receiving outputs, results, metadata, or status information back into the App; and
- storing certain resulting data locally on your device or within the relevant service environment.
Please do not submit highly sensitive personal information, confidential information, or content you are not comfortable transmitting to external service providers unless the relevant App expressly tells you otherwise.
Unless a specific App or feature says otherwise, we do not use your submitted content to identify you publicly, and we do not claim ownership of your submitted content. Processing by third-party providers may be subject to their own retention, security, and usage practices.
7. How We Share Information
We may share information with:
- analytics, diagnostics, crash-reporting, hosting, storage, infrastructure, security, app integrity, and technical service providers;
- subscription, billing, entitlement, and payment ecosystem providers, including Apple and App Store-related services;
- AI, automation, cloud, model, transformation, or processing providers where needed to perform requested features;
- third-party services or websites you choose to access through an App, to the extent required for the requested interaction;
- operating-system and platform providers, such as Apple, where needed for purchases, permissions, iCloud sync, backups, diagnostics, notifications, device security, or other platform functionality;
- professional advisors, auditors, insurers, legal counsel, or compliance providers where reasonably necessary;
- authorities, regulators, courts, or law enforcement when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and security; and
- a buyer, investor, successor, or other relevant party in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of all or part of our business.
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not use submitted content for cross-context behavioral advertising unless a specific App or product-specific disclosure says otherwise. If an App ever uses tracking or advertising identifiers in a way that requires consent under platform rules or applicable law, the App will request or disclose that consent as required.
8. App Permissions
Depending on the App and feature set, the App may request access to device permissions or capabilities such as:
- camera;
- microphone;
- photo library;
- files and local storage;
- notifications;
- biometrics such as Face ID or Touch ID;
- contacts or other system resources; and
- secure storage or other operating system features.
You can manage many permissions in your device settings. If you deny or revoke permissions, some features may not function properly.
Permission prompts are controlled by the operating system. Granting a permission does not always mean every item available through that permission is uploaded or collected by us; the App may use the permission only locally or only when you choose a specific action.
9. Local Storage, Secure Storage, and On-Device Data
Apps may store data locally on your device so features continue to work, including settings, histories, files, cached materials, profiles, shortcut definitions, isolated session data, website data, and other feature-related records.
Some Apps may also use secure on-device storage, such as Apple Keychain or similar operating system facilities, to store security-sensitive records such as PIN-related data, tokens, or credentials in a more protected form.
Some Apps may use platform sync or backup features, such as iCloud, to make certain settings, profiles, records, or app data available across your devices or recoverable after reinstalling. You can manage iCloud and backup behavior through your device and Apple Account settings where available.
If you delete an App, clear app data, remove locally saved files, clear website data, disable sync, or remove items from your device libraries, some locally stored data may be deleted from your device. This may not delete information already synced, backed up, processed, or stored by platform services or third-party providers under their own retention practices.
10. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to:
- provide the relevant App or feature;
- maintain subscription access, purchase records, and app functionality;
- preserve security, prevent fraud, investigate issues, and enforce agreements;
- support legitimate operational and business needs; and
- comply with legal obligations.
Retention periods vary depending on the App, feature, data category, whether the data is stored only on your device, and the practices of relevant service providers.
For data stored only on your device, we may not be able to access, correct, export, or delete that data for you. You can usually control that data by using App features, device settings, deleting local records, clearing website data, disabling sync, or deleting the App.
11. International Data Transfers
Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than the country where you live, including through third-party providers that support analytics, diagnostics, subscriptions, hosting, cloud processing, infrastructure, or other app functionality.
These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your jurisdiction. Where required, we will take reasonable steps intended to ensure that such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards.
12. Legal Bases for Processing
If you are in a jurisdiction that requires a legal basis for processing personal data, such as the EEA, UK, or similar regions, our legal bases may include:
- performance of a contract, including providing the App and requested features;
- your consent, where required;
- our legitimate interests, such as securing, operating, and improving the Service; and
- compliance with legal obligations.
13. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the right to:
- request access to certain personal data;
- request correction of certain personal data;
- request deletion of certain personal data;
- object to or restrict certain processing;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
- request portability of certain personal data; and
- lodge a complaint with a data protection authority.
You may also:
- manage device permissions in your device settings;
- manage App Store subscriptions and purchases through your Apple Account;
- clear local device data, website data, caches, histories, saved records, and synced platform data where the App, platform, and operating system allow it; and
- contact us using the information below regarding privacy requests.
We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests, and some rights may be limited by law.
14. Children’s Privacy
Our Apps are not directed to children under 13, or under the minimum age required by local law for digital consent, unless a particular App expressly states otherwise.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children in a manner requiring parental consent without obtaining that consent. If you believe a child has provided personal data unlawfully, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
15. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
However, no method of transmission over the internet, no third-party service, and no method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
16. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the relevant App, App Store materials, a website, or other reasonable means.
Your continued use of the Service after the updated Privacy Policy becomes effective means you acknowledge the revised version, except to the extent applicable law requires a different form of consent.
